Ohio Network for Innovation (ONI) is seeking a Program Support Specialist (Financial Supports) to help individuals with developmental disabilities manage their finances, achieve greater independence, and maintain financial stability. This is a unique opportunity to combine bookkeeping, customer service, advocacy, and problem-solving in a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering people to live meaningful and self-directed lives.
Location: Hybrid work arrangement with occasional community-based travel
Schedule: Monday-Friday, regular business hours (8:00 AM-4:00 PM)
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, financial administration, or related experience
  • Experience with payee services is a plus
  • Administrative support experience
  • Knowledge of Social Security, Medicaid, or other benefit programs is helpful
  • Understanding of the developmental disabilities system is a plus
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation

Technology & Skills
You should be comfortable using:
  • Microsoft 365 applications
  • QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Financial recordkeeping systems
  • New technologies and software platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
