#J-18808-LjbffrZur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Controlling suchen wir einen engagierten Controller bzw. Junior-Controller, der mit Zahlenaffinität, analytischem Denken und Motivation zum Unternehmenserfolg beiträgt.
- Mitwirkung bei der Budgetierung verschiedener Konzerngesellschaften in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Finanzleitern/Geschäftsführern sowie auf Gruppenebene
- Erstellung und Analyse von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen
- Durchführung von Kostenstellenrechnungen, Benchmark-Analysen sowie Forecasts und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
- Weiterentwicklung unseres BI-Tools sowie Optimierung von Schnittstellen zur Automatisierung des Reportings
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von BI-Reports für Abteilungsleitungen, Geschäftsführung und Vorstand
- Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) mit erster Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Bachelor of Arts, Schwerpunkt BWL/Controlling)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit MS Business Central und BI-Tools
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
