These professionals handle tasks like troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resetting passwords, and providing general support for computer systems and networks. The 'contractual' aspect means the position is temporary, based on a contract rather than a permanent role. Level 1 support is usually the first point of contact for IT issues, escalating more complex problems to higher-level support teams. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations in organizations.
