This role manages all employees working on the contract(s) and regularly communicates with the Director of Operations. The Contract Supervisor acts as liaison to customer, iScan upper management and Human Resources. This role participates in budget planning, oversight, and implementation. The Contract Supervisor provides exceptional customer service and implements departmental and agency policies and procedures.
