Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a growing, outpatient-focused practice in Western Kentucky. This is a great opportunity for a physician looking to build a strong endocrine practice with the support of an established health system, collaborative referral network, and flexibility for work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $325,000
  • Opportunity to earn additional compensation through a productivity-based wRVU model

  • Sign-on bonus $50,000 with 5 yr contract

Practice Details

The incoming physician will:

  • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic endocrine disorders
  • Collaborate with APPs, primary care physicians, and specialists
  • Participate in quality initiatives and department goals
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care

Call expectations are flexible and to be discussed based on the coverage model.
