Electrical Supervisor
Position: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Gila Bend, AZ
Salary: $140k - $160k (including bonus, excluding profit sharing)
Relocation Package: Available
About Us: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team of electricians. Our company is committed to providing top-tier services and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor junior electricians.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Participate in project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
