Job description

We are looking for an experienced International Household Goods Shipping, Relocation Coordinator to join an international relocation services team in Houston, TX.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled International Moving & Relocation professional to join a growing team.

This opportunity will best suit a polished individual that has a wealth of experience coordinating international household goods shipping from door-to-door and who has exceptional customer service skills.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Fully coordinating global household goods moving and relocation services
  • Managing the door-to-door shipping of relocating assignee's personal effects
  • Overseeing a caseload of assignees during their international relocation
  • Liaising with clients, shipping companies and relocation DSP vendors
  • Ensuring international shipping customs requirements and restrictions are adhered to
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and assignees regarding the status of their household goods shipment departure and arrival
  • Deliver a high level of customer service support at all times

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Must have experience managing international household goods moving, shipping and relocation processes
  • Previous experience handling Import & Export shipments via Air, Road & Sea Freight
