Position Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the Oil & Gas industry or a related industrial/manufacturing environment and possess strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and
candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and workforce planning requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open positions.
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Proactively identify and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, and offer processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining efficient hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience or recruiting coordinator experience.
- Experience recruiting within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
