Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter who will performing administrative duties for the Work Based Learning department. The Recruiter will play a critical role in assisting applicants seeking an exciting new opportunity with partnered employers.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate job descriptions, recommending market-aligned updates to attract top talent.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and timelines to meet staffing goals.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, industry associations, colleges, and passive recruitment methods.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels to build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Promote the organization’s mission, culture, and employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Verify minimum qualifications, technical competencies, and relevant work experience.
  • Evaluate candidates for cultural alignment and long-term success within the organization.
  • Complete reference checks and provide candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Three to two years of Recruiter/Talent Acquisition or Donor Recruitment experience are required.
  • Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
