A leading aerospace manufacturing organization seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence, productivity, and business transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven Lean/Six Sigma professional who enjoys delivering measurable results and influencing organizational change.

Position Summary

Seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives and drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role will champion continuous improvement programs, lead cross-functional projects, and partner with leadership to improve business performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and sustain continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operations.

  • Drive cost reduction programs and maintain a pipeline of productivity projects.

  • Partner with Finance to validate savings and measure business impact.

  • Develop and manage KPI dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting processes.

  • Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process improvement activities.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and sustain results.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

  • Support strategic business objectives through performance monitoring and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Present progress, results, and recommendations to site leadership.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.

  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement training.

  • 7+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.

  • 3+ years in a Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean leadership role.

  • Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects with measurable results.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.


Preferred

  • Experience in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or highly regulated environments.

  • Business Intelligence (BI) reporting experience.

  • Strong understanding of cost savings validation, standard costing, and productivity metrics.
