Pay Rate: $95,000-145,000.00 per year
Position Description:
Are you a passionate process improvement leader with a proven track record in driving operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team in Lebanon, PA. In this critical role, you will identify, develop, and implement innovative process enhancements that boost efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate overall business performance. Using proven methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that create sustainable change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization & Data Analysis: Evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and conduct root cause analysis to develop targeted improvements.
  • Project Leadership: Plan, lead, and execute continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes, ensuring timely completion.
  • Methodology Application: Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 80/20 principles to enhance productivity, quality, and operational metrics.
  • Collaboration & Training: Partner with teams and leadership to promote understanding and adoption of new processes through training and coaching.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs; report on progress, results, and ROI to senior leadership.
  • Change Management: Drive successful change initiatives by influencing stakeholders, overcoming resistance, and cultivating a continuous improvement mindset across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business management.
