VMG Health is seeking a Content Development Senior Consultant to join our Specialty Practice Management team. This role supports the development of high-quality deliverables used across consulting engagements, internal training initiatives, and external education programs within the medical aesthetics and specialty practice space.
Content Development Senior Consultants work closely with consulting team members and leadership to develop, refine, and execute client-facing and internal materials that support education, strategy, and performance improvement. This role plays a critical part in ensuring deliverables are clear, well-structured, and visually compelling.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining organization, project coordination, and content development with a strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with customers, leadership, and internal teams to support the execution and deployment of consulting deliverables, including:

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate brings a combination of organizational excellence, technical capability, and a strong standard for quality in deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or consulting support roles
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, client-service environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, including survey development, distribution, and reporting, preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical practice operations, medical aesthetics, or consulting environments is a plus
