PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Lagan Construction, LLC is a third-generation family-owned general contractor specializing in airfield construction, who have successfully completed civilian and military airfield paving projects in FL, MD, MA, ND, TX and VA over the last decade.

We are looking for a Project Administrator(s), to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Project Management Team on a large value airfield construction project over a period of two years and assist the day to day office and functional duties, requirements and general support to the project operations, quality and commercial departments. The project consists of the placement of asphalt during the 2026-2028 paving seasons

GENERAL ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES (R&Rs)

  • Meet and greet visitors, internal/external teams coming into office
  • Completion of administration tasks within a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist the commercial function by processing orders and recording deliveries
  • Tracking & reporting the progression of orders via COINS
  • Assist in the production of reports/trackers as required by managment and wider functions
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, and to standards for safety and compliance
  • Assist with Payroll enquiries, records and completing Certified Payroll Reports
  • Support the development of processes, workflows and efficiency improvements
  • Comfortable working to and meeting deadlines
  • Responding to queries and requests from across teh business to support delivery
  • Assist and comploy with Health & Safety, OSHA requlations ensuring all issues of Health & Safety are monitored regularly, and accurate records maintained within the office environment, assist SHEQ team, Project Manager, Quality Assurance & Commercial where necessary
  • Support Project Team by assisting with orders, quotations, prints, documentation and any queries
  • Attend training and meetings as required
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties as required
