Job description

Job Overview:
The Concierge Associate is a highly engaged and skilled worker who is the operational consistency for store. This involves participating in a number of different BOH tasks to meet the operational goals of the building. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to immerse themselves in all aspects of business, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. The Concierge Associate is responsible for improving the performance of the store by increasing sales and maximizing profitably through supporting and developing the store team's in-store operation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing all mail orders and approvals and keeping the relevant teams informed
  • Logging all incoming deliveries and keeping the recipients informed.
  • Administering and controlling the cost of couriers, shipping, alterations, and dry cleaning
  • Ensuring communication with all sales staff as well as the VIP department maintaining support for them in their sales with their customers
  • Reception: answer all incoming calls and take messages. Deal with customer phone enquiries
  • Ensuring the Dover Street Market customer service is exemplary
  • Ensuring email enquiries are dealt with daily and with a sense of urgency.
  • To fully update the events calendar with product launch dates, and specific merchandise drops and to ensure the team is fully updated also.

  • Retail and/or customer service experience with a luxury setting for 1+ years

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
