The Breakers is currently seeking a highly professional and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Chief Concierge. The Personal Concierge will be responsible for managing the pre-arrival, stay, and departure experiences of our esteemed guests. This role requires an exceptional level of attention to detail and the ability to create personalized guest experiences based on preferences and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to foster strong relationships with our guests, ensuring their stay is flawless and memorable.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
