Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different?

We're looking for a Patient Concierge who can deliver exceptional customer service while keeping patients, schedules, and daily operations running smoothly. This is more than a front desk position-it's a key role that directly impacts patient satisfaction, office productivity, and practice growth.

At Concierge Dental Group, our Patient Concierges are trusted team members who help patients navigate their dental care, maintain full schedules for our providers, and ensure every patient receives a five-star experience from their first phone call through checkout.

About Us

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Comfortable learning technology and new software systems

Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset

Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented

Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, reception, or dental offices preferred

Dental experience is helpful but not required-we provide training

Success in This Role Means

Patients feel welcomed and cared for

Schedules remain productive and full

Recall systems are consistently maintained

Patient balances are collected appropriately

Follow-up appointments are scheduled before patients leave

Administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

Benefits

Competitive pay: $18-$23/hour based on experience (DOE)

Health, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Paid Time Off

Continuing education and professional development

Advancement opportunities across multiple locations

Who Thrives Here

The people who succeed at Concierge Dental Group enjoy helping others, staying organized, solving problems, and being part of a team. They don't wait to be told what to do-they take ownership, communicate well, and look for ways to improve the patient experience every day.
