Club Concierge – The Club at Tamarack

The Club Concierge is the first point of contact for Members and their Guests and plays a key role in delivering a seamless, welcoming, and elevated Club experience. This position requires a dynamic, service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently exceeds Member expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deliver consistently professional, warm, and engaging service to Members and their Guests.

· Greet, check in, and assist Members and Guests while upholding all Club service standards.

· Create a polished and welcoming first impression that reflects the culture of The Club at Tamarack.

· Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding events, Club procedures, and general information.

· Issue Member ID cards and Boundless Passes and maintain accurate records in Club systems.

· Provide personalized recommendations and booking assistance for dining, spa, events, transportation, and resort amenities.

· Maintain thorough knowledge of the Club’s Customs and Courtesies and apply them in every interaction.

· Resolve requests and concerns efficiently, professionally, and discreetly.

· Support Club operations, special events, and peak periods as needed.

· Maintain a clean, organized concierge area and uphold confidentiality at all times.

· Act as a professional ambassador of The Club at Tamarack with flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. · Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

· Previous customer service experience required; minimum 2 years hospitality or private club experience preferred.

· Computer proficiency required, including experience with Microsoft Windows–based applications.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Highly responsible, dependable, and detail oriented.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
