Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Anatomy Sanctuary during primetime hours, under the supervision of AGM / GM
  • Build and maintain member rapport in the Sanctuary throughout service and upholding the Anatomy way
  • Remain calm, composed and in control even in unusual situations. Do not shy away from hard conversations and handle conflict resolution with ease
  • Handle member concerns and supervise all member behavior in steam, infrared sauna, cold plunge and hot plunge; Making sure a high standard is maintained
  • Communicate all needs / issues in the sanctuary to GM / AGM in a timely manner
  • Monitor cleanliness and operation of the space for members by removing empty water bottles, ensuring the floor is clean of towels and debris, plunges are clean etc.
  • Assist the detail TEAM to ensure the locker room standard is maintained; checking of towel supply, assisting with locker openings, and maintaining smooth operational excellence during prime time hours

Qualifications:
  • Bi-lingual Spanish & English speaking preferred
  • The ideal Sanctuary Lead candidate will have an outgoing personality and can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and member relations skills
  • Minimum two years in a luxury service related industry. Health Club / Fitness background preferred

Compensación: $15.00 per hour
