Job description

Are you a self-motivated, happy, friendly professional and enjoy being the first point of contact?

The concierge is the first impression of a luxury residential building, and they should project a consistent image that compliments the property through appearance, performance, and personality. We have a 7 am to 3 pm opening, and we are looking to hire immediately. 

Duties:

  • Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all guests.
  • Provide resident services such as package and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options, service vendor recommendations, restaurants reservations, and additional requests upon demand.
  • Through appearance, performance, and service orientation, project a consistent image that complements the property.
  • Adhere to formal operating policies and procedures that mandate certain customer service techniques and emergency response procedures.
  • Ensure property rules and regulations are consistently enforced.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Team player
