Who We’re Looking For:

The St. James is seeking a Recovery Suite Concierge to join our team in Bethesda. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has an interest in sports and athletic recovery. The Recovery Suite Concierge plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience in our Recovery Suite. This position reports to the Courted Recovery Suite Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet clients, check them in and out, and manage consent forms using the Zenoti platform.

· Maintain client records and keep retail shelves organized and stocked.

· Handle appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and rebookings.

· Sell memberships and create customized packages based on client visit history.

· Follow up with new leads and extend personalized offers to returning clients.

· Manage employee scheduling based on demand, group bookings, and staff availability.

· Conduct monthly inventory counts for both professional and retail products.

· Coordinate services for group bookings, including scheduling, deposits, and contracts.

· Review and verify invoices to ensure correct processing of packages, memberships, discounts, and product usage.

· Assist the medical practitioner with supplies, treatment setup, and client preparation.

Qualifications:

· 1+ years of experience in a luxury or high-end customer service environment.

· Passion for sports, fitness, or athletic recovery and a desire to enhance the client experience.

· Comfortable using desktop, mobile, and tablet-based technology.

· Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

· Professional, upbeat, and guest-focused attitude.

· Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in the sports and wellness industry is a plus.
