White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts located on Nantucket, Massachusetts, Palm Beach, Florida, and Aspen, Colorado is looking to expand their team to include a Seasonal Pre-Arrival Concierge. If you are a passionate sales professional, seeking an exceptional career experience then we would like to connect with you.

The Pre-Arrival Concierge is responsible for ensuring that all incoming guests are contacted prior to arrival and that all needs are assessed and thoroughly reviewed; handle any necessary arrangements made to ensure guests receive a top, beyond-compare experience.

*Must have an understanding or knowledge of Nantucket restaurants and activities

*This position is located on Nantucket Island

The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, sales-minded, customer-focused and detail and goal oriented with the willingness to learn new processes, and the ability to merge into a dynamic work environment.

Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor. Experience with computers and Microsoft Office essential.
