Job description

An In House Marketing Representative Pre Arrival with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for the promotion of booking eligible vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to guests and visitors who will be arriving soon to our resort locations.

This is an hourly plus commission-based role with total annual earnings expected to range from $65,000 to $150,000 based on performance with an uncapped earning potential.

  • Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that are Owners, RCI Exchangers, and Renters that meet eligibility qualifications determined by Marketing management.
  • Generates leads and books qualified vacation ownership sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers before they arrive at property locations via concierge phone call.
  • Provides customer/concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image via phone.
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:

  • Conducts pre-arrival calls to owners, renters and exchangers.
  • Ensures guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.
  • Is responsible for accurately and completely for each tour.
  • Confirms appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and driven maximize show rate.
  • Provides location related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific assistance or information.
  • Distributes only HGVC authorized information, collateral and materials. Maintains location operating standards
  • Reviews production reports and notifies manager of any challenges.
  • Follows gifting procedures to ensure costs are met monthly.
  • Contacts appropriate management with any guest issues.
  • Checks availability as to not overbook tour waves.
  • Carries out all other reasonable requests by management of which one is capable of performing
