Position Overview

As a Spa Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of our award-winning spa. Similar to a luxury hotel Front Desk Agent, you will provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering questions, processing transactions, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized experience.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly while providing accurate information about spa services, treatments, resort amenities, and promotions.

  • Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments.

  • Check guests in and out for spa services and process payments accurately.

  • Assist guests with questions regarding treatments, retail products, resort amenities, and local attractions.

  • Coordinate communication between therapists, attendants, and other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Maintain accurate guest information and reservation records.

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency.

  • Support daily spa operations while maintaining Forbes Five-Star service standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury hotel, spa, front desk, guest services, concierge, reception, or customer service preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn reservation and scheduling systems.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
