Job description

As a remote bookint agent, you will play a key role in pre-qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for meetings with our sales representatives for vacation ownership presentations at our resorts.

This position requires timeshare marketing experience. This position is remote but does have to report to our resort in Gordonsville, VA, as needed. 

  • Serve as a positive, professional brand ambassador, representing Hilton Grand Vacations.
  • Act as a concierge, offering local information to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests.
  • Greet and present prospective customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales preview tour.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
  • Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

Compensation: Based on home working location. Hourly pay (state minimum wage of residing state) plus commission. Average remote booking agents earn about $65,000 per year. Uncapped commission.

  • Call customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales presentation in line with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, while meeting performance goals.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings, stay up-to-date on marketing materials, industry trends, and review performance goals regularly.
     
  • Timeshare experience preferred.
