Title: Concierge Assistant Manager

Job Summary

To provide outstanding guest experiences while supporting the Concierge Manager with oversight of the team.

Serves as the main point of contact for team and client when Concierge Manager is unavailable.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

$26.45 per hour

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .

Expected Schedule: 40 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday

Sun 10:45am-7:15pm

Mon-Fri- 10:30am-7pm

*Holiday and evening availability may be required.

Key Responsibilities

o Set exemplary service standards and support all property programs

o Coach and train team members on proper implementation of policies, procedures, and standards

o Motivate team to exceed guest expectations while holding them accountable

o Maintain professional appearance of designated workspaces with appropriate resources

o Build and maintain relationships with area concierge networks and tourism industry contacts

o Work with management to execute property initiatives and meet job function goals

o Demonstrate strong knowledge of local community, events, and attractions

o Greet tenants and visitors professionally throughout the property

o Enforce visitor protocols and contact tenants for guest authorization as needed

o Respond promptly to inquiries and provide guidance to tenants and visitors

o Maintain knowledge of building management and security protocols

o Report on security issues and team concerns to appropriate parties

o Provide coaching to team members and foster a positive team environment

o Serve as primary point of contact when Concierge Manager is unavailable

o Additional duties as assigned
