We are seeking a Concierge Manager to oversee a team of concierges, ensuring top-tier service for residents, tenants, and property management teams.

About the Role

As a Concierge Manager, you will lead and support a team of full-time, part-time, and on-call concierges. Your role is critical in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring smooth operations, and providing hands-on support when needed. You will coach and mentor team members, assist with resolving property-related issues, and oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the concierge team to ensure a seamless resident and guest experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise and manage a team of concierges, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff, providing ongoing coaching and support.
  • Assist concierges in resolving resident and tenant concerns.
  • Act as a concierge when needed, including logging packages, answering calls, and assisting residents and property management.
  • Ensure proper shift coverage, create monthly staff schedules, and facilitate team meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas.
  • Monitor and enforce concierge policies and procedures.
  • Keep training up to date for both new and existing team members.
  • Communicate policy and procedure changes to the team.
  • Respond promptly to property management requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Education amp; Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.

Skills amp; Qualities:

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with high-profile residents, tenants, and clients.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to service.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with BuildingLink, KeyTrack, or similar property management software is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.

  • Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm
