Job description

Concierge Manager

E2 is a home concierge service and residential construction firm in Central Florida,

specializing in luxury modern, custom, and forward-thinking building practices. The E2

family of companies provide a wide array of high-end services including home concierge

services, remodeling, custom home building, and green building.

We are looking for an independent, dynamic and customer service-oriented individual

that likes to be challenged and enjoys working with a team.

As a Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all contracted home

maintenance services for a large group of Concierge clients in a highly-professional and

exceptional manner. You will be independently responsible for representing the E2

brand, establishing client trust and rapport, and ensuring that all services are executed

to the E2 standard.

Job Responsibilities:

● Develop high-trust relationships with Concierge clients and vendors.

● Visit client homes and properties frequently to stay in front of emerging issues.

● Assist in troubleshooting repairs, providing triage, or making simple adjustments as

needed.

● Coordinate and clearly communicate all client contracted services and any other

service-oriented requests.

● Provide clear, accurate, and timely follow-up regarding all scheduled tasks.

● Manage, supervise, and support day-to-day vendor activity for Concierge clients.

● Maintain a safe working environment for E2, our vendors, and our clients.

● Follow up after service visits to ensure full satisfaction of our clients.

● Accountability for vendor bids, orders and invoices.

applications are strongly preferred, with the flexibility to innovate with new

technologies as they arise
