This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys leading teams, building resident relationships, and creating a first-class living experience. As the Concierge Director, you will serve as the face of the community while overseeing daily concierge operations and ensuring residents receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, schedule, and supervise the concierge team
  • Create monthly schedules for concierge staff and seasonal team members
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional resident service
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor concierge team members
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident, vendor, and visitor needs
  • Handle resident requests and provide personalized recommendations and assistance
  • Address and resolve resident, guest, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure prompt follow-up
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the community, amenities, and services

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Bookkeeping experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to walk the property regularly and climb stairs
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach overhead, and move furniture as needed
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work nights and weekends when required
  • Must meet residency requirements for the community
