Our experiential boutiques are an extension of our design-forward philosophy - sophisticated, welcoming, and built on enduring relationships with our clientele.
About the Role
We are seeking passionate part-time Sales Advisors to join our SoHo flagship boutique. As a Sales Advisor, you will deliver a luxury shopping experience, build lasting client relationships, and embody the Ring Concierge aesthetic. This role is client-facing and sales-driven, with a focus on personalized service, product expertise, and achieving individual and store performance goals.
Client Experience & Sales
  • Drive sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on fine jewelry.
  • Foster an exceptional shopping experience by delivering personalized service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by cultivating loyal client relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the Ring Concierge aesthetic and values.
  • Support clienteling excellence through accurate, detailed, and consistent CRM data entry.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to understand their preferences, tastes, and purchasing history, utilizing this knowledge for effective clienteling.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of our fine jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics, to confidently advise and assist clients in their purchasing decisions.
  • Actively engage with clients to showcase the uniqueness and beauty of our products, utilizing storytelling and product knowledge to create an emotional connection.
  • Maintain a pristine and welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and products are presented with care and attention to detail.
