Job Description
Frank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings feel exciting, personal, and refreshingly human. Known for our modern design and sustainability-minded approach, we’ve been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and more.
We’re looking for a Fine Jewelry Chat Concierge to join our team on-site. You’ll work closely with clients, answering their most pertinent questions, and sorting them through proper channels to get them their answers fast and with accuracy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Respond quickly to inbound phone calls, chats, and emails.
Manage the general inbox
Reassigning conversations to the proper Teams
Notifying relevant teams on aging conversations
Assisting teams on aging conversations
Transfer calls as needed to proper departments
Work alongside the sales team to ensure proper handoff
Advise clients on general diamond and setting questions
Advise clients on the differences between lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, and Moissanite
Advise clients on all aspects of ring selection, from prong thickness to band thickness, setting style, and wedding band selection
Assisting customers with general requests, including, but not limited to; rescheduling, diamond flight feedback, scheduling new appointments, relaying customer messages, coordinating in-store pick-ups and drop-offs
Empower clients to feel confident in their once-in-a-lifetime purchase
Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends
A keen eye for detail and a high level of empathy and professionalism
Ability to work proactively and think creatively to solve problems as they arise.
Organized and comfortable multitasking and juggling many client requests at once
Able to learn new computer programs efficiently and effectively
1+ years of sales experience in jewelry, bridal, or luxury sales
Extremely detail-oriented
Able to juggle multiple tasks with high prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills
Jewelry fabrication or design experience is a plus, but not required
Full-time on-site role located in Tribeca NYC
Office hours are 10AM to 6PM
Available schedules: Monday to Friday
Salary: 65k Annual
