  • Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to reduce isolation and encourage an active lifestyle
  • Assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Provide standby assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Offer medication reminders as directed by the care plan
  • Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping related to the client's care

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, compassion, discretion, and respect

Qualifications

  • CNA, caregiver, home care, patient care, or related healthcare experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, dependable, compassionate, and organized

  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
  • Current CPR certification is a plus
  • Ability to pass all required background screening and onboarding requirements

What Makes This Different?

This is not a traditional home care position.

Our Concierge Assistants become trusted members of each client's support team, providing personalized, relationship-centered care that extends beyond everyday tasks. From accompanying clients to appointments and helping them remain active in their communities to offering compassionate personal assistance, every visit is designed to promote independence, dignity, confidence, and peace of mind.

At Joy Care Management, we believe exceptional care is built on meaningful relationships, thoughtful service, and creating moments that truly improve quality of life.

Position Details

  • Independent Contractor (1099)

  • Competitive per-visit and hourly compensation based on assignment
