As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Concierge to join the Guest Relations/Front Office Team at this beautiful property!
This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a new Italian Tuscan Steakhouse, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various - must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this position is $27.34 per hour. After successful completion of 9 months of employment, the pay rate will increase to 90%, per the collective bargaining agreement.
Union Position: This position is part of the Local 11 Union which requires complete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
  • Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
  • Manage guest communications: Receive and deliver messages, mail, packages, and faxes
  • Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high priority guests
  • Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
