Job description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge / Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents, or visitors. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized environment.




Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests, residents, and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly

  • Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed

  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and visitor access (if applicable)

  • Handle reservations, bookings, or service requests

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, or management

  • Maintain accurate records and logs

  • Monitor lobby/front desk area to ensure safety and organization

  • Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues appropriately

  • Assist with administrative tasks and special requests


**MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO BE DIPLOMATIC IN ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES.**
