Our mission is simple: create exceptional experiences for every tenant, guest, visitor, and client we serve.
Position Summary
The Front Desk Concierge serves as the first point of contact for tenants, guests, visitors, vendors, and contractors entering the property. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and hospitality-focused experience while assisting with access control, visitor management, customer service, and general front desk operations.
The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, service-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet tenants, guests, visitors, vendors, andcontractors.
  • Create a positive first impression for everyone entering theproperty.
  • Register visitors and maintain visitor management records.
  • Issue visitor badges and access credentials as required.
  • Verify guest access and communicate with tenants regardingvisitor arrivals.
  • Answer questions regarding the property, building amenities,and surrounding area.
  • Assist visitors with directions and general information.
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of buildingoperations.
  • Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, suspiciousactivity, and incidents to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain professional communication with tenants, visitors,property management, and vendors.
  • Support building events and special activities as needed.
  • Complete daily reports and documentation accurately and ontime.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to companyuniform standards.
  • Follow all site-specific procedures, policies, and post orders.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of customer service, hospitality, concierge,front desk, guest services, hotel, residential, or related experiencepreferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to remain composed and courteous in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and visitor managementsystems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
