Radkin Concierge provides elevated concierge services for luxury residential communities nationwide. Our Front Desk Concierge team serves as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, property management, board members, vendors, and service providers. We are seeking polished, professional individuals committed to delivering exceptional white-glove service and maintaining a luxury front-of-house presence.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcome residents and guests with hospitality, professionalism, and Radkin brand standards
  • Maintain lobby presence and ensure a luxury arrival environment
  • Log and manage visitors, vendors, and contractors using building access systems
  • Assist with package handling, deliveries, and service coordination
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with all stakeholders
  • Complete shift passdowns and follow Radkin SOP expectations
  • Support emergency, urgent response, and building safety protocols as needed

Compensation:

Starting from $17-$20 based on experience, with structured advancement to Lead + Rover tracks.
