Job description

The Plaza at Clover Lake is seeking a reliable and professional Concierge / Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and satisfaction of our residents and visitors.

Shifts Available:

11:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM

Pay Rate:
$18.00 โ€“ $20.00 per hour (based on experience)


Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist all residents, guests, and visitors
  • Monitor and document all individuals entering and exiting the building
  • Ensure residents sign in and out as required
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate department
  • Respond to emergencies by contacting 911 and notifying appropriate personnel
  • Maintain a professional and courteous front desk presence at all times

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Prior front desk or concierge experience preferred (but not required)
