Job description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Administrative Support Concierge for the Beautiful Barton Creek Country Club!
Ranked among the best resorts in Texas: Top 4 Resorts in the Southwest Conde Nast Traveler and Top 5 Resorts in Texas Travel + Leisure World's best Awards.
Provides assistance to members and guests as well as administratively supports the Director of Membership and the membership team.
Responsibilities included:
  • As this position is the first and last impression of the clubhouse, it is a primary responsibility of the concierge to offer warm welcomes and fond farewells to all Members and guests entering and departing.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a prompt, courteous, professional manner and forward to the appropriate destination. Works closely with the entire membership office to ensure phones are covered during business hours.
  • responsible for actively promoting events to members, taking/compiling reservations for our member function.
  • Attend and assist at all Member social functions which involve the membership department
  • Investigate and respond to member questions and concerns regarding their billing statements.
  • Possess a positive attitude and professional manner at all times.
  • Possess an overall awareness of the entire property and its associates in order to direct incoming traffic to their desired destination.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire and name tag when working.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality within the scope of the membership base.
  • Involved in the associate events and activities for the Club.
  • Support the day to operation of the membership department, including filing, document organization, creation of event collateral (name tags, place cards, table numbers, signage, etc.), and BEO assistance through creation, revisions, and distribution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative assistant experience.
  • Education - associate degree preferred
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of BirchStreet, Kronos, Synergy, Concur and OnTrack Preferred
