THE JOB:
Join our team as a Casino Concierge and become the ultimate ambassador for unforgettable guest experiences! In this dynamic role, you'll be the mastermind behind building and nurturing relationships with our guests, ensuring their visits are filled with excitement and satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to boosting revenue while safeguarding company assets through precise comp procedures and carded play evaluations. If you're ready to take the lead in creating memorable experiences and making every guest feel like a VIP, this is the perfect fit for you!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a good will ambassador to guests; anticipate and resolve problems as appropriate
  • Meet monthly/quarterly goals in theoretical win dictated by Slot Marketing Director
  • Educate and train hosted players on upcoming tournaments, promotions, and events; answer all hosted players questions in a timely manner, either in person or via phone or email
  • Prepare, maintain and submit monthly slot and pit expense and comp reports
  • Provide accurate accounting of all pit and slot players comp guidelines including but not limited to; all comp transaction, theoretical and actual win, room stock items, limo services, show tickets, etc.
  • Identify and generate new member sign-ups with the purpose of increasing percentage of carded play
  • Generate incremental carded play from existing hosted guests
  • May be required to update club accounts with current address, phone number and email addresses

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience in casino marketing or related field

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$22.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
