We're looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure. This role serves as an ambassador of Kindred Resort, providing personalized service, local expertise, and seamless coordination of guest requests. The Front Desk Concierge will assist with reservations, activities, transportation, dining recommendations, special requests, and guest communications while supporting front office operations. This individual plays a vital role in delivering the elevated service standards that define he Kindred Resort experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm, welcoming, and personalized arrival experience for every guest.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on resort amenities, services, events, outdoor recreation, dining, transportation, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with reservations for dining, activities, transportation, excursions, ski services, and other experiences.
  • Coordinate pre-arrival planning and special requests to ensure a seamless guest stay.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles, preferences, and notes to enhance personalized service.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries in person, by phone, email, and digital communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with Front Desk, Valet, Bell Services, Housekeeping, Ski Services, and other resort departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes during peak periods as needed.
  • Coordinate guest deliveries, packages, mail, and special amenities.
  • Promote resort services, events, and experiences while identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and urgency, escalating when appropriate.
  • Maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming concierge desk and lobby environment.
  • Uphold Kindred Resort's luxury service standards and Forbes-aligned expectations.
  • Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Represent Kindred Resort with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous concierge, front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience required.
  • Luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, dining, outdoor recreation, and mountain resort operations preferred.
  • Comfortable using hotel property management systems, reservation platforms, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak mountain seasons.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the resort for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds when assisting with guest deliveries, amenities, or luggage support.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when assisting guests throughout the property.
  • Ability to safely handle guest packages, parcels, and equipment as needed.
