Job description

Brickyard properties is seeking a dedicated and experienced Concierge to provide exceptional service to our guests and residents. The Concierge will act as a personal point of contact for tenants and visitors, offering assistance with various needs and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at our properties. In this role, you will be responsible for providing information about the local area, making reservations, arranging transportation, and fulfilling special requests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a representative of Brickyard Properties, the Concierge plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall satisfaction of our guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests and residents in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about property amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Make restaurant reservations, book transportation, and arrange for services as requested
