Job description

General Summary

The Brand Manager will play a critical role in driving the evolution of Steve Madden from a footwear leader into a cross-category lifestyle brand in addition to sub brands including Madden Girl and Madden NYC. This individual sits at the intersection of product, marketing, creative, and partnerships-working on brand storytelling and key growth initiatives that fuel cultural relevance and commercial impact.

The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a central connector across marketing, creative, merchandising, e-commerce, and wholesale
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution with a high level of organization and urgency
  • Operate with a nimble, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic brand collaborations that drive buzz and new customer acquisition
  • Serve as a key liaison across collaborators, ensuring alignment from concept through launch
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000-$120,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
