Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $49.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to support a leading healthcare organization in Houston, TX. This high-impact role is ideal for a compensation professional who can serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic compensation guidance that supports talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare compensation expertise, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic compensation consultant to leaders and stakeholders across the organization
  • Analyze recruiting and retention challenges and recommend effective compensation solutions
  • Evaluate market compensation trends and industry benchmarks
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including market surveys, turnover metrics, workforce analytics, and talent acquisition feedback
  • Develop compensation strategies that support organizational goals and workforce needs
  • Conduct advanced cost modeling and financial impact analyses for compensation initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations

Qualifications
