Job description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Workday- Compensation Consultant 
 
Title: Workday Compensation Consultant (Advanced Compensation)
Position Type: Full-time (Contract)
Duration: 5+ Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC (CIC) Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Looking for someone having hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation) and can effectively partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement scalable compensation solutions while driving successful Agile project delivery.
 
Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Workday Compensation.
  • Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation (Compensation Review).
  • Experience configuring and administering Workday Compensation Review.
  • Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience creating proof-of-concept configurations.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.
