Moog's Corporate Group is hiring a Compensation Specialist to join its Total Reward's Team.
As the Compensation Specialist you will be responsible for supporting compensation cycle processes, market benchmarking, and salary structure management. You will ensure accurate data reporting, audit, and compliance while serving as a trusted advisor to HR partners on compensation policies and best practices.
You will work a hybrid schedule in East Aurora, NY.
To be considered for the Compensation Specialist role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • Typically, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Over three (3) years of experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program administration.
  • Strong understanding of job evaluation, salary benchmarking methodologies, and compliance practices.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation survey tools, and data reporting platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate and provide advisory support to HR professionals.
  • Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.

As the Compensation Specialist, you will:

  • Assist in developing training materials and educational resources to enhance compensation understanding across the organization.
