Please note: This job is onsite in Claremont, NC or Shakopee, MN 5 days a week.
What is Expected:
Role supports global compensation processes and performs key activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs. The Specialist acts as Total Rewards liaison to HRIS, IT, and HR Shared Services on day-to-day basis. Works closely with various departments on key compensation & total rewards projects, transactions, and processes. May prepare special global compensation studies, analyses and develop recommendations.
How will you help us connect the world:
  • Supports market pricing and survey participation processes by reviewing and assessing survey results to identify competitive labor market trends and the company's market position using data-driven methodologies. Perform data modeling and cost analysis for base salary and incentive programs.
  • Serves as a key contributor to the global annual compensation process. Responsibilities include pre-go-live data audits and updates, end-to-end system testing, post-go-live support, issue log resolution, manual compensation statement support, and post-process analysis.
  • Acts as Total Rewards Collaborator to HRIS, IT, and HRSS on compensation/total rewards annual compensation process and ad-hoc projects.
  • Conducts scheduled and ad hoc audits of compensation-related employee data; partners with managers and HR to resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and reliable analytics.
  • Serves as an advocate for compensation data integrity by communicating the importance of accurate data and downstream impacts to the HR community and developing tools to enhance user experience.
  • Supports compliance related activities, including auditing, monitoring, and tracking.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state legislation that may affect compensation policies.
  • Performs data analysis to identify trends and gaps; provides analytical support for a variety of compensation programs and projects as needed.
  • Benchmarks roles against survey data and other market intelligence to establish competitive compensation ranges.
  • Supports global regions and collaborates across different time zones as needed.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, or related required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite- Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables. Strong knowledge of Excel (formula, v-lookups, and pivot) is required.
  • Technical knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Compensation modules) or other ERP systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Must have project management skills, ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Must be able to manage superior level of confidentiality concerning employee information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with sound judgment.
  • Proven track record to be analytical and handle data effectively and accurately.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality results.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to support global regions across different time zones.
