Compensation PartnerSupport Market-Competitive Rewards Across the Family of CompaniesGeorgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC) is seeking a Compensation Partner to support compensation programs, processes, and analytics across GSOC, Oglethorpe Power Corporation (OPC), and Georgia Transmission Corporation (GTC). This role serves as a primary compensation resource across the Family of Companies, combining consultative compensation expertise with hands-on program administration to support accurate, compliant, and market-competitive compensation practices.As a Compensation Partner, you will support market analysis, job evaluation, salary administration, compensation transactions, reporting, internal equity analysis, and incentive program activities. Experienced compensation professional responsible for compensation program administration, job evaluation, market pricing, compensation operations, reporting, analytics, and consultative support across the Family of Companies. This opportunity is ideal for a compensation professional who enjoys both strategic partnership and detailed execution, with the ability to translate complex compensation data into clear recommendations that support leaders, managers, and employees. Ideal candidate will have a combination of consulting and in-house experience. This role works under the general supervision of the Director of Compensation, receives broad goals and priorities, and is expected to plan and carry out assignments independently while consulting on complex issues or strategic initiatives.  What You'll DoAs a Compensation Partner, you will support compensation governance, market competitiveness, data accuracy, reporting, and compensation operations across multiple entities.You will:Administer compensation programs, policies, and procedures across GSOC, OPC, and GTC.Coordinate annual merit and incentive planning processes.Prepare compensation recommendations and analyses for leadership review.Monitor compensation practices for consistency, governance, and compliance.Conduct job evaluations, leveling assessments, market pricing analyses, and benchmark reviews using survey data.Maintain salary grades, pay structures, job codes, compensation records, and related program documentation.Support career framework administration and compensation governance activities.Process and audit compensation transactions within GHR/Infor and validate employee, organizational, and compensation data.Develop recurring compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics that support decision-making.Perform pay equity, compression, range penetration, workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, accrual, audit, survey, and compliance-related analyses.Respond to compensation mailbox and support requests, escalating complex issues as appropriate.Support special projects and other compensation initiatives aligned to the Compensation team's objectives and goals. What You BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
