This is an exceptional opportunity for a compensation professional who excels at solving complex workforce challenges and translating data into actionable business strategies.

This role goes beyond traditional compensation administration. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, leveraging market intelligence, workforce analytics, and compensation expertise to address recruitment, retention, and organizational effectiveness challenges.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: Approximately 3 Months (Potential Extension)

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address recruitment and retention challenges

  • Conduct strategic compensation analyses and develop recommendations that align with organizational goals

  • Perform advanced compensation modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning

  • Serve as a compensation subject matter expert and trusted advisor to leadership

  • Deliver compensation insights that support business growth and workforce stability

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, Workforce Analytics, or Human Resources Consulting

  • Healthcare compensation experience required

  • Proven ability to independently analyze business challenges and develop strategic compensation solutions

  • Strong understanding of compensation design, salary administration, market pricing, and workforce planning

  • Experience interpreting complex compensation and workforce data from multiple sources

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels

  • Client requires TB skin test (must be willing to provide)
