Reafco is an investment-focused real estate brokerage specializing in income-producing residential properties throughout Ohio. Our team works with investors, property owners, and operators across multiple markets to evaluate and execute real estate transactions.
This internship provides structured exposure to investment analysis, property performance evaluation, and market research within an active brokerage environment.
Internship Overview
The Real Estate Analyst Intern will gain hands-on exposure to evaluating residential investment properties and supporting underwriting and research processes.
Participants may gain exposure to:
  • Assisting with comparative market analysis (CMA) and rental rate research
  • Reviewing property financials and operating performance metrics
  • Supporting renovation budgeting and return-on-investment calculations
