Job Summary and Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Responsible for all aspects of marketing, outreach, advertising and community relations for the Dominican Oaks Community. Responsibilities will include development of a marketing plan, using market analysis, demographic
and other data to keep Dominican Oaks competitive.  Responsible for achieving and maintaining occupancy goals as set by community standards. The person in this position is expected to know and support the mission and values of Dominican Oaks, and to apply the Dominican Oaks philosophy while performing daily job tasks. Plans and directs the marketing of facility and services.

Job Requirements

Minimum:

  • One (1) to three (3) years experience upon hire 
  • Two (2) years experienced and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience and upon hire
  • Experience with social media required and upon hire
  • Licenses/Certifications (None)

Preferred:

  • Experience working in sales, marketing, community relations and outreach preferred and
  • Associate's degree upon hire preferred
