Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Community Relations Director (Sales Director) to lead occupancy growth and community outreach for our senior living community.

This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to guide families through one of life’s most important decisions while building meaningful partnerships throughout the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing and sales plan to achieve occupancy goals
  • Manage and move prospects effectively through the sales funnel

  • Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing performance metrics
